AuraVybe holds every piece to a standard before it leaves. Should something fall short of that standard when it reaches you — we will make it right. Without hesitation. Without complication.
The Window

14 Days. No Questions That Matter.

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Every piece must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags attached. This is not a bureaucratic standard — it is a quality standard. The same standard we apply before anything leaves our fulfilment.

We do not accept returns on pieces that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. To do so would compromise the experience of the next woman who receives that piece. AuraVybe does not do that.


The Process

How To Return

Contact us at care@auravybe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief note about your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return authorisation and precise instructions.

Contact us before sending anything back. Returns received without authorisation cannot be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds

Your Money. Returned With Precision.

Once your return is received and inspected — a process that takes no more than 3 business days — you will receive confirmation of your refund. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

We do not charge restocking fees. We do not make the refund process difficult. That is not who AuraVybe is.


Return Shipping

Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. In those cases — which we take with the utmost seriousness — AuraVybe covers all costs in full and resolves the matter immediately.


Exceptions

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Items returned without original tags
  • International orders — see below

International

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns at this time due to cross-border shipping logistics. We ask international customers to consult our size guide carefully before purchasing. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at care@auravybe.com immediately — we will resolve it directly, regardless of where you are in the world.


Damaged Items

Something Arrived Wrong

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at care@auravybe.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will offer a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice. No delays. No negotiations.
