How We Respond

Every enquiry received before 5pm EST Monday through Friday receives a response within 24 hours. Weekend enquiries are answered first thing Monday morning. For urgent matters — damaged items, missing deliveries — mark your subject line URGENT and we prioritise immediately. All service is handled directly and personally by our team. That is not a limitation. It is a standard.
