Return requests must be started within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking). Items must be unworn, with original tags and original packaging. If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window starts after the final package is delivered.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damage or a shipping error. Original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Returns that don’t meet requirements may be declined or subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%)

We don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase (not guaranteed). Once an order is processing or shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

Fit notes and measurements are listed on each product page. If you’re between sizes, choose based on your preferred look—clean fit (smaller) or relaxed fit (larger).

Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import rules. If charged, these fees are collected by customs or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.
